Virtual Wig Shopping with Lena
Can't make it in person? No problem, we've got you covered!
Step 1: Virtual Wig Shopping, 1 hour
An hour long private appointment of expert, personalized attention with our wig guru Lena. Lena will model wigs for you and text pictures so you can be sure of the colors. The fee won't be refunded if you miss or cancel your appointment less than 6 hours in advance.
Step 2: Virtual Wig Try On, 20 minutes
Book this for a virtual follow up appointment with Lena when you receive the wig(s) you have ordered to try through the mail.
We can try on your wig, answer any questions, and discuss customization.
Flying in (or traveling from far away), 90 minutes
Online consultations for international orders require a non-refundable $200 fee, which will be credited 100% toward the price of the wig you purchase within 60 days of the consultation. After 60 days, another consultation will be required.
Customers are responsible for 100% of all shipping costs. Prices don't include the import tax that your country charges. Purchases can be returned for credit only, minus shipping charges.
If you miss your appointment, or cancel less than 6 hours in advance, the fee is can not be refunded.
In-Person Wig Shopping with Lena

Step 1: In-Person Shopping, 1 hour
An hour long private appointment of expert, personalized attention with our wig guru Lena. Lena will answer your questions, get to know you, and help you figure out what you need.
Missing or canceling less than 6 hours in advance, will result in a charge of $50.
Step 2: In-Person Follow Up, 30 minutes
If we have ordered additional wigs for you to try after your first in-person wig shopping appointment, book this appointment after we let you know the wigs have arrived. You'll come back to the store to see them in person!
Flying in (or traveling from far away), 90 minutes
Please note, your wig cannot be completed in one day. Prices start around $2200 for our shortest wigs.
A longer appointment for customers who are flying in (or driving more than 2 hours) to shop at Lena's. A credit card is required to reserve appointments but won't be charged unless a customer misses or cancels less than 6 hours before their appointment. No show or late cancellation fee is $100. To schedule this extra-long appointment if you live within 2 hours' driving distance, the cost is $100.
Customization Follow-Up
Meet with our Mattie, our head of repairs, if you need the customization on your wig's fit or hairline tweaked.
- Please schedule a customization follow up within 7 days of receiving your wig. Adjustments on wig fit and lace hairlines can be sent back twice at no additional charge.
- After 7 days, if you have not let us know that you need additional adjustments, there will be a charge

A virtual consultation with our stylist before she cuts your new wig.

$100 Cut Adjustment Consultation, 15 minutes
After two adjustments or two months, adjustments are $100 each within the first year of your wig's purchase. Must be scheduled within two months of your initial cut, no exceptions made.
$250 Total Wig Recut Consultation, 15 minutes
A complete wig recut on wigs purchased at Lena's Wigs. Any cutting done after a year from the purchase date is considered a recut.
In-Person Wig Cuts
Cuts are only available on wigs purchased at Lena's Wigs.
- After your wig has been cut, you can come back twice for any tweaking within one month.
- After 2 adjustments or one month, additional adjustments are $100 each.
In-Person New Wig Cut, 1 hour 30 minutes
A cut with our stylist on your new wig.
- After your wig has been cut, you can come back twice for an adjustment within one month. After 2 adjustments or one month, additional adjustments are $100 each.

Two adjustments are free within two months of your initial cut. Must be scheduled within two months of your initial cut, no exceptions made.

Wig styling
Wash and styling services are for everyone! We offer two treatment add ons:
- K18 Peptide Molecular Repair Hair Mask: this treatment works on the molecular level to reverse hair damage in minutes. Clinically proven to repair damage from bleach, color, chemical services and heat. Immediate and lasting results to restore strength, softness, smoothness and bounce to hair.
- Clear Gloss Shine Renewal Treatment: Recommended every 6 months to renew your wig's shine and luster.
Wig Wash and Style
- Please bring your wig into the salon before 2 pm on Tuesday.
- You won't receive a call when it's ready, just come in on Thursday between 3:30 and 4:30 to pick it up.
- Include a note with your name and number with the wig.
Rush Wash and Style
A rush job for when you need your wig done ASAP! Please drop off by 12 pm on Tuesday or Wednesday in order to pick up the next day.
Color Services
Color services are only available on wigs purchased at Lena's Wigs. We offer highlight, lowlights, rooting, and single process all over color
