All Lena’s Wigs appointments — in-person or virtual — are scheduled in Baltimore, Maryland (Eastern Time / EST).
The booking calendar does not adjust to your local time zone. If you are booking from another location, please make sure to convert the appointment time and plan accordingly.

A few friendly notes:
- In-person appointments are complimentary (we’ll just hold a card on file).
- Virtual shopping appointments are $35 US / $200 Intl.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 6 hours' notice will incur a fee: $50 for standard services and $150 for extended or premium services.
