💻 Virtual Consultations
All international wig purchases begin with a required virtual consultation.
- A non-refundable $200 consultation fee applies.
- This fee will be fully credited toward the price of your wig if you complete your purchase within 60 days of your consultation.
- If no purchase is made within that timeframe, a new consultation will be required to move forward.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- All international orders must be shipped via DHL Express.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
- You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
- We are not responsible for lost packages. Insurance is highly recommended and must be arranged by the customer.
💰 Taxes & Duties
Please note that our prices do not include import duties, customs taxes, or any fees charged by your country. These charges are not controlled by Lena’s Wigs and are the responsibility of the customer.
🔄 Exchanges Only
We do not offer refunds on international orders. However, you may: exchange your wig for another of equal or greater value or receive store credit, provided the wig is in original, unworn condition.
To qualify:
- The exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The wig must be shipped back via DHL Express
- Shipping costs are not refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Wigs kept more than 7 days past delivery will not be accepted for exchange.
⚠️ Final Sale Items
Any customized or altered wigs (including lace tracing, cap adjustments, cuts, or color) are final sale and not eligible for exchange or credit. Wigs damaged due to customer negligence will not be accepted.
