Appointments

Online consultations for international orders require a non-refundable $200 booking fee. BOOK HERE!

The fee will be credited 100% toward the price of the wig you purchase within 60 days of the consultation.

After 60 days, another consultation will be required.

NOTE: Refunds are not given on international orders, only exchanges or credits. You can send the wig back to Lena's Wigs for a credit or for an exchange of equal or greater value.

Exchanges

  • Refunds are not given on international orders. You can send the wig back to Lena's Wigs for a credit or for an exchange of equal or greater value.
  • Only wigs in their original condition will be accepted for credit, shipping fees not included.
  • Any wig you are returning for credit or exchange must be sent back to Lena's Wigs through DHL within one week of its arrival at your home. You are responsible for all shipping costs.
  • If you have kept wigs for more than 7 days, your exchange will not be accepted. Your purchase(s) will be shipped back to you, at your cost.
  • Any merchandise damaged due to customer negligence cannot be exchanged or returned for credit.
  • Customized and modified cranial prostheses are final sale: lace hairline traced, hair cut, cap altered, colored, etc., and cannot be returned for credit or exchanged.

Customizing Your Wig

Lena's Wig will customize your wig's hairline, cap fit, and cut/style by shipping it back and forth to you. You are responsible for all round ship shipping costs. Customized wigs can be sent in twice within 2 months for additional adjustments.

If you prefer, we can customized your wig before we send it to you for the first time, but then it can't be exchanged, only modified further.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for 100% of all shipping costs, which must be done through DHL Express.

Your wig will be delivered with a signature requirement, so please plan accordingly.

Lena’s Wigs does not take responsibility for international orders lost in the mail. Insuring your purchase is your responsibility.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification including tracking you can use to check its status.

All packages we ship out require a signature upon delivery! Please plan your delivery accordingly.

Until a signature is secured, the carrier won't drop off the package.

Import Tax/VAT

Our price does not include the import tax that your country charges.

Please be aware that you are responsible for paying this and that we have no control over the cost.

Follow Up Appointments

The day your package arrives, book your free virtual follow up appointment. The appointment must be scheduled for within 5 business days of your delivery. CLICK HERE to book your follow up.

Warranties

We do not warranty cranial prostheses that are not washed and cared for at Lena's Wigs.

Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification including DHL tracking information you can use to check its status.

Rush Service

For an additional $300 dollars we can complete your wig's hairline customization and cap tailoring within 10 business days. The cut will be scheduled for the third week. This service is subject to availability. If you're interested, please let us know.

Non-Returnable Items

If you have kept wigs for more than 15 days over our limit, your return (for credit or exchange) will not be accepted. Exceptions will not be made. Your purchase(s) will be shipped back to you, at your cost.

Any merchandise damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned. Customized and modified cranial prostheses: lace hairline traced, hair cut, cap altered, colored, etc., cannot be returned or exchange.

We make every effort to customize your purchase as quickly as possible, but please understand that all work is done by hand. We do not and can not guarantee that your wig will be ready by a specific date.

Orders can not be canceled because of an extended customization process.
