The Wig
Lena will provide personalized advice to help you choose the perfect wig.
Once you’ve made your choice, we’ll ship the wig straight to your doorstep. We'll include a wig grip and special pen for tracing your hariline.
Meet Again
Once your wig arrives, book a follow-up appointment to try it on with Lena and get answers to any questions you have. Afterward, we’ll provide a FREE postage label for any returns or customizations!
The Most Realistic Wigs
Once you’ve made your choice, we'll get started on creating the most realistic and undetectable wig for you.
We hand-sew each hair into your custom hairline, tailor the cap to your exact measurements, cut the wig to match your personal style and ship it back to you!
Details Matter
When you receive your customized wig, schedule an unboxing appointment so we can try it on together and see if you need any adjustments made.
Enjoy free round-trip shipping twice for adjustments on the hairline, fit, or cut within two months of receiving your wig.
