Lena walks you through our styles, colors, and options just as if you were in our studio. She'll even send pics of wigs on herself!
The Wig
Lena will provide personalized advice to help you choose the perfect wig.
Once you’ve made your choice, we’ll ship the wig straight to your doorstep. We'll include a wig grip and a blue marker for tracing your hairline.
Follow Up
Once your wig arrives, book a follow-up appointment to try it on with Lena and get answers to any questions you have. U.S. clients: your return shipping label is enclosed in your package. International clients ship at their own cost.
The Most Realistic Wigs
Once you’ve made your choice, we'll get started on creating the most realistic and undetectable wig for you.
We hand-sew each hair into your custom hairline, tailor the cap to your exact measurements, cut the wig to match your personal style and ship it back to you!
Unboxing Appointment
When you receive your customized wig, schedule an unboxing appointment so we can try it on together and see if you need any adjustments made.
Two complimentary adjustment rounds within two months after you receive your wig. Each round can include a cut adjustment, a cap adjustment and hairline tweaks. Changing your hairline because you'd like a different look isn't included and is charged separately. U.S. clients: we pay shipping both ways. International clients pay their own shipping.
