Consignment wigs (pre-owned gently worn) and clearanced new wigs (wigs that are new, manufacturer's overstock) are sold as is without a warranty. New wigs are covered by the individual manufacturer's warranty (please inquire for details).
LENA Handmade Wigs are guaranteed with a full warranty against defects for 6 months from the date of your purchase. We will repair or replace the merchandise at our discretion. If the issue is found to be normal wear and tear, or the results of a customer error, we will notify you and give you an estimate on repairs.
The warranty does not cover problems caused by customer errors like washing a wig incorrectly, dying a wig incorrectly, burning/singeing hair with heat, or other mistakes made in the care of your wig.
Our warranty covers wigs that are washed, colored, and cared for only by salon professionals.
Shipping and Returns
hipping within the US is free. All wigs are shipped USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 3 to 5 days of your order.
Your package will require a signature upon delivery. Please choose an address for delivery at which someone will be present to sign for your package.
We accept returns within three days of the wig's arrival at your home (eg. wig arrives Monday, must be mailed back by Thursday). Upon receiving your returned item and verifying that it's in its original purchase condition, we will issue a refund, minus a restocking fee of $25 per wig.
Wigs that have been damaged or altered in any way—cut, dyed, altered, etc.—cannot be returned. Any merchandise damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned.
Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. We advise that you insure the package for the full cost of the wigs enclosed and ask for delivery confirmation—if a wig is damaged or lost in transit, you are responsible for the full cost of the wig.
Please note, our policy is not to hold wigs for customers. Until payment is received, the wig remains on sale.
