Which path
About half of our clients never come to Baltimore. The customization is identical either way — what changes is where the fitting happens.
You try wigs on in person and choose one with Lena. Your hairline is traced there and then, and your wig stays with us for its customization. Most clients visit twice: once to choose your wig, and again for your cut when it is ready.
You meet Lena by video and she selects wigs for you. Your wig ships to you first, with a blue marker, so you can see the color in your own light and check the fit on your own head. Then it comes back to the studio.
How the process works
Customization is included in the price and is how every wig here is finished. It is not an upgrade and not a step you can skip.
Step 1
We trace your hairline and sew each hair in by hand, so it looks like it's growing from your scalp. If hair loss has taken your hairline, Lena creates one for you.
Step 2
Expert tailoring makes all the difference to how a wig fits. Our seamstresses alter the cap to your specific head shape, so it sits still and doesn't pull. If it already fits, we leave it alone.
Step 3
Our stylists know the specific techniques that make a wig natural, functional and beautiful — cut for your face shape and the way you live.
The result
About 4–8 weeks from the day your wig is with us. It is an estimate, never a guarantee, and some wigs take longer. Then you stop thinking about your hair and get on with your day.

Ongoing support
Ongoing support for the life of your wig: wig care tips and answers when you need them. You are never doing this on your own.
