Who shops at Lena's Wigs?

Everyone, everywhere! Whether you live near or far, we're here to help.

Lena's Wigs is a judgment free and private space. We specialize in helping women with hair loss from all walks of life. If you're wondering if this is the place for you, it is!

I can't get to the store. Tell me about the Zoom shopping process!

1. Make an appointment and fill out our intake form.

2. Zoom with Lena for an hour. Have fun, see wigs, and figure out what works for you!

3. Once we find you the wig of your dreams, we'll ship it to you.

4. When you receive your wig, we'll meet again over Zoom to answer any questions and check the fit of your wig.

5. Ship the wig back to us so we can cut and customize it for you!

6. We'll schedule a Zoom meeting (I know, another one, but we want perfection for you!) where we'll go over the cut together and even start cutting while you watch.

7. We'll ship it back your customized wig.

8. Now go out and show the world your gorgeous, confident self!

Shipping and Returns

Shipping is FREE at Lena's Wigs.

We accept returns within five business days of the package's arrival at your home. 

The day your package arrives, please book your free Zoom follow up appointment with Lena as soon as possible. If a follow up appointment isn't available online, text us at 443-519-2574 and we'll make sure to get you on the schedule.

If you would like to return a wig, please email us to request a label. If you are not keeping any of the wigs, upon receiving your returned item(s) and verifying that it's in its original purchase condition, we will issue a refund, minus a flat restocking fee of $25 for up to three wigs ($25 total, not $25 for each wig).

If you are keeping a wig (or two) there is no restocking fee for the wigs you return. Wigs that have been damaged or altered in any way—cut, dyed, altered, etc.—cannot be returned. Any merchandise damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned.

Please note, we do not hold wigs for customers. Even if you have received an invoice, the wig(s) remains on sale until payment is received in full.

If you return a wig outside of the 5-day limit, your return will not be accepted. Exceptions will not be made. Your wig will be shipped back to you, at your cost.

Warranties

SECOND HAND and OVERSTOCK wigs (wigs that are manufacturer's overstock and inventory liquidation) are sold at a deep discount.They do not include any warranty. There are no exceptions.

We make every effort to ensure that the unwarrantied items we sell are in good to excellent condition. With this in mind, it's safe to expect that our SECOND HAND (and some of our OVERSTOCK) wigs will show some signs of wear.

If you have a tangling problem with an unwarrantied wig, we will treat the tangling for free. You are responsible for shipping costs. If our treatment is not successful and you need to replace hair, we do not cover the cost of the replacement.

NEW WIGS are covered by the individual manufacturer's warranty. Warrantied wigs will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer at their discretion.

We do not warranty new wigs that are not washed and cared for at Lena's Wigs.

Repairs and Modifications

When we send your wig out to be repaired or modified, we are not in control or responsible for the amount of time the service takes.

We make every effort to get your wig back to you as soon as possible, and apologize ahead of time if it takes longer than the estimated time.

Orders can not be canceled or returned because of a lengthy repair or modification period.
